Constitutional Rights: To many, or to few?

Personally in some areas I can feel we have to many rights. I am a man who likes justice being served when it needs to be. Deriving off the 4th amendment, I agree with the fact that police need a warrant to search your house or car. But I think if they find something illegal during there search for a specific item they should be able to confiscate the item or items. Because in the end it could just save time because the police can just come back with another warrant and search again, and by then the person probably disposed of the contraband. It is a small alteration to the amendment but i feel it would help police serve justice to those with illegal items. Basing off of the 1st amendment with right to protest, the case regarding the Baptist church who protests very radical ideals. There beliefs are very extreme and unethical and they are able to openly protest their ridiculous beliefs in public I think that is absolutely horrible but that is just speaking off my personal beliefs. Basically, I believe there should be some restrictions of the right to protest because I feel the feelings of the many outweigh the ones of the few. In the end I feel our founding fathers did a very reasonable job creating the constitution because I feel everything is in a good balance between justice and freedoms/rights.
